The Max Series Full Servo Robot is available in three models: Max A (30-300 ton); Max B (320-1200 ton); and Max C (470 – 3300 ton). Users appreciate having the exact same controller functionality for each model to simplify operational learning within your operation. Four spare input and output (I/O) drives are provided within the cabinet for easy integration with conveyors and automation cells. These can be affordably expanded from to 16 drives. Supervisory Safety Circuits are designed to pause production so that operators can enter the guarded area without emergency stopping. The Max Series comes with Absolute Encoders that save the position of each axis during any kind of stoppage so the robot doesn’t have to return to the home position … thereby minimizing downtime. Every Full Servo Robot comes with a custom riser designed and fabricated by ARI for optimal part removal and tie-bar clearance of the robot arm.
