Meet Bob Gray
Bob Gray is a respected plastics industry professional with more than 35 years in machinery and technical sales, including more than ten years with one of North America’s largest manufacturers of large format plastic components. Bob formed NEXTEC to bring the most innovative global technologies and critical industry insights to forward-thinking plastics manufacturers in the southeastern U.S.

NEXTEC Welcomes Nicholas Willetts as Business Development Leader
Nicholas comes to us from Atlanta-based high-precision mold manufacturer Männer USA, Inc., where he provided hands-on experience working with plastics manufacturers during product development, process optimization and launch planning. Working from his Atlanta office as of mid-January 2025, he is representing each of NEXTEC’s valued principal partners to plastics manufacturers in the state of Georgia.
Nicholas is a graduate of Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, where he received a degree in plastics engineering.
